At The Dressing Room Boutique, we want you to love your purchase, but if an item isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
